Chandrayaan 3 Moon Landing

The Chandrayaan-3 mission was launched on July 14 from Sriharikota.

ISRO Chairman S Somanath says almost 1,000 engineers and scientists would have worked to get the nearly ₹ 700 crore mission up and running.

The Vikram lander began its descent toward the moon surface at a velocity of 1.68 km per second.

The Chandrayaan-3 moon mission of the Indian Space Research Organisation successfully soft-landed today at 6:04 p.m.
